The Rivers state police command have captured police officers connected to its anti-kidnapping unit who supposedly ass@ulted a man distinguished as Cletus Emmanuel Onyekachi. In a video making the rounds on social media, Onyekachi said himself and his brother had gone to wash his car and were returning domestic when they met the officers along Igbo Ichie street conducting a halt and look.
Onyekachi said the officers inquired for his papers which he given. Responding to his viral video, the representative of the state police command, SP Beauty Iringe-Koko, said the failing officers have been captured and confined.
