THE STRENGTH IN RISING AGAIN
TITLE: The Strength In Rising Again.
You don't always notice it,but you're way stronger than you think.
It's in the way you wake up despite the exhaustion.
It's in the way you endure any situation.
It's in the way you smile despite your weakness.
It's in the way you keep showing up even when the world gives you a reason to hide.
It's in the way you maintain composure even when things get tougher.
It all lies in your strength;to rise again.
Strength is in the mindset and one's capability.it is the source of your power. It could be mental, physical, emotional, positive qualities that makes you effective and efficient. It is in the determination to deal with and overcome challenging situations. It is the hope that you're capable to achieve and tackle confronting issues regardless of whatsoever. It is in the way we confront adversity, to learn from falls and to emerge stronger than before knowing that you will rise again.
Rising again needs physical, mental, emotional strength to achieve success. Rising again is a dynamic process - a continuous cycle of falling, learning and rising. The falls become a major purpose of our strength.
The strength in rising again is not in escaping difficulties or tribulations, but about going about it with courage and resilience, about learning from mistakes and emerging stronger and wiser, not dwelling on our failures, understanding them, and confronting them as that is where true strength lies. The strength in rising again is in the enduring and believing you can achieve anything you set your mind to no matter the downfall because a saying goes ' A downfall of a man is not the end of his life '.
Strength is not always loud. It is not always about physical power. Sometimes, strength is soft. Sometimes,it is just one's willingness to try again. To believe that better days are ahead.
Even when you can't see them yet. So never doubt your capability. You've survived every hard day, every heartbreak, every moment and situation that felt impossible.
And you're still standing.
Still fighting.
That is strength.
And it is always within you.
That strength of rising again.
