THE SMILE WE ALL WEAR
Have you ever walked into a room with the biggest smile, yet deep inside your heart was heavy?
It happens more than we admit.
We laugh with friends, share jokes online, post happy pictures, and say “I’m fine” when people ask how we’re doing. But the truth? Sometimes we are not fine. Sometimes we’re holding on by a thin thread, praying no one notices the storm inside us.
The world expects us to be strong, so we hide our tears. We bury our worries under fake laughter. We wear masks because it feels easier than explaining the battles no one else could understand.
But here’s the thing ! behind every fake smile is a story. A heartbreak, a disappointment, a failure, a secret pain. And most times, the people who look the strongest are the ones crying the loudest in silence.
